Ad.net CEO Jon Waterman is selling a fully furnished contemporary home with industrial flair and celebrity cachet in Los Angeles for $5.995 million.
Mr. Waterman, whose firm provides Internet advertising services, has rented the one-acre, gated compound to British footballer Phil Neville, a former Manchester United defender who is now head coach of the English women’s team, as well as the rapper Fabolous, according to the listing agency Pacific Union International. The property hit the market on Tuesday with agent Alexis Boris.

The house, which is selling with all its furnishings, is designed as the ultimate bachelor pad—replete with poured concrete and metal fixtures, according to images of the property.
The kitchen centers around a polished concrete center island. The industrial material was also used for a built-in TV mount and fireplace in the living room as well as a hefty outdoor fire pit, photos show.
"It is ideal for a celebrity, as the home is a private hidden compound," said Ms. Boris in an email, adding that neighbors include singer Steven Tyler.

The trendy man cave features chocolate-colored alligator skin in the dining room and riveted sheet metal covering the walls of a steel frame stairwell leading to the second level.
The home is priced at nearly $6 million in fiat currency, but Mr. Waterman—who bought the house in 2010 for $3.3 million, according to property records—is open to accepting cryptocurrency for the home. Pacific Union is not advertising an exact price, but says the owner is open to Bitcoin.
Mr. Waterman could not return a request for comment.
