A two-story penthouse in Key Biscayne, Florida, hit the market Monday for $25 million.

The home—which is the island’s most expensive condo on the market, according to the developer and public listings—offers its own private pool deck and an ocean-facing gym and outdoor kitchen.

With an elongated balcony, the penthouse offers panoramic views of the Atlantic. Key Biscayne, located due south of Miami Beach, hosts two state parks, the Crandon Park and the Bill Baggs Cape Florida Park.

A team of architectural heavyweights developed the spacious 17,978-square-foot penthouse. Argentinian developer Eduardo Costantini, architect Bernardo Fort Brescia, and interior designer Yabu Pushelberg combined forces to assemble the five-bedrooms and 6.5-baths condo.

The penthouse is located on the top two floors of the Oceana Key Biscayne building, a 10.3-acre oceanfront site located on the east side of Key Biscayne facing the Atlantic Ocean. The Oceana Key Biscayne, completed in 2014, is the newest building on the island.

"There is no other lifestyle like this," said Saddy Delgado, vice president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the agent who listed the property. The sellers are Venezuelan, and recently decided to move to Madrid, according to Ms. Delgado. She said that the couple has many family members living in Spain and they decided to move there just after they completed renovations of the penthouse.

The very large common areas, particularly on the private deck, make the penthouse stand out from other units, according to Ms. Delgado.
