Pop star Katy Perry has re-listed her Los Angeles compound at the summit of Runyon Canyon for $9.285 million.
Ms. Perry, 33, put the Mediterranean-style villa with its stucco facade, red-tile roof and three accompanying buildings back on the market on Wednesday, according to listing records. Aside from the four-bedroom main house, the 2.3-acre property encompasses a security guardhouse, a two-story guest house and a fitness building.

The "California Girls" singer bought the multi-structure estate from oil heiress Aileen Getty for $8.2 million in 2013 through her business manager, property records show.
She first marketed the home in the fall of 2017 for $9.45 million, but removed the listing shortly before Christmas. The home has now returned as a public listing for a slight price reduction.
The interiors reveal Ms. Perry’s moorish and Indian design inspiration, with things like mother-of-pearl inlaid vanities, geometric tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, and brightly colored textiles, images of the home show.
The master suite includes a hammam-like bathroom with a skylight overhanging a free-standing soaking tub.
Outside, the gated compound encompases a pool and patio space paved with quarried Italian travertine. There’s also a cabana, meditation gardens, hiking trails and a rock amphitheater.
Ms. Getty, a philanthropist and activist, built the two-story guest house on the property, according to the listing with Ernie Carswell and Chris Pickett of Douglas Elliman.
