Star couple John Krasinski and wife Emily Blunt are finally close to selling their eco-friendly mansion in Ventura County, California.
The popular actors listed their 4,000-square-foot home in Ojai about a year ago for $4.25 million. But the home has gone through three rounds of price cuts, and now has a pending offer for $2.75 million, nearly half of the original listing price, according to the listing by Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe.

The couple has been making serious real estate moves in recent months, selling off their West Coast properties as they transition to the Brooklyn life.
They sold two other California homes earlier this year, including flipping a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house in Hollywood Hills for $3.505 million, making nearly a million-dollar profit in the process. Before that, they also sold a different Hollywood Hills home to Kendell Jenner for $6.5 million.
Ms. Blunt began the family’s transition to New York City while filming "The Girl on the Train." Over the summer, the couple bought a six-bedroom townhouse in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for $6 million to live in with their two daughters Hazel and Violet.
Now, the Hollywood sweethearts are close to shaking their remaining pad in Ojai.
The home has a pool, mountain views, four fireplaces, including one in the master suite, a private guest wing and covered patio.
The white Colonial Revival was built in the 1980s and features some green upgrades, like solar panels and a well for irrigation.
In total, the property spans 5.1 acres, and the buyers have the opportunity to expand that. An adjacent 8-plus-acre lot is also for sale that if bought together would bring the property line to the edge of the Los Padres National Forest, according to the listing.
Patty Waltcher of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent for the property. She did not immediately return requests for comment.
A publicist for Ms. Blunt did not immediately return request for comment.
Mr. Krasinski, who starred in "The Office", and Ms. Blunt bought the home in Ojai in 2012 for $2.15 million, according to Ventura County property records.
The pair have been married since 2010.
