Actors John Krasinski and Emily Blunt have sold their newly renovated French Renaissance-revival townhouse in Brooklyn for $6.562 million, Mansion Global has learned.
The acting-directing duo closed on the century-old, limestone townhome in the borough’s Park Slope neighborhood on Friday, according to records filed with the city on Thursday. The buyer is listed on the deed as a Brooklyn-based limited liability company.

Ms. Blunt, 35, whose most recent projects include "A Quiet Place," an acclaimed 2018 horror film directed by none other than her husband, Mr. Krasinski, 38.
The sale comes days after Time magazine unveiled its annual list of 100 most influential people in 2018 and named Mr. Krasinski for his emergence as a talented filmmaker.
The couple bought the Brooklyn home for $6 million in 2015 through a private trust, according to property records, and undertook an extensive restoration of four-story, seven-bedroom property, according to the listing with agents Karen Talbott and Kyle Talbott of the Corcoran Group.
The 20-foot-wide, bay-windowed townhouse has authentic details throughout, including moulding and millwork, leaded stained glass and wood-burning fireplaces.

The Hollywood power couple updated the kitchen with chef-grade appliances and custom cabinetry, according to the former listing. They added other modern conveniences like radiant heated floors and motorized shades.
The home also has a cedar-fenced garden and patio and multiple skylights.
Mr. Krasinski and Ms. Blunt listed the home in September 2017 for $8 million, but ultimately took 18% off their asking price to sell.
"The house is so special—someone who can spend every night there should have it," Mr. Krasinski told The Wall Street Journal when they listed the home. A rep for both Ms. Blunt and Mr. Krasinski did not immediately return a request for comment.
