A trust with links to Jake Gyllenhaal closed the sale of an apartment in 443 Greenwich, a super luxury condominium in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood that is already housing a slew of Hollywood A-listers.

Woodrow Trust, which was used to purchase a Hollywood Hills residence for the "Brokeback Mountain" star, shelled out $8.63 million for a 2,868-square-foot pad, according to property records filed with the City Registry on Tuesday.

The trust listed Hollywood business manager Warren Grant as a co-trustee. He couldn’t be immediately reached for comment. A rep for Mr. Gyllenhaal, 36, declined to confirm that he was behind the purchase.

The Real Deal first reported the sale.

Originally offered for $8.55 million, the property went into contract in October 2016, according to listing records on StreetEasy.

The apartment has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Additionally, the apartment features a loft-style great room and a state-of-the-art kitchen with luxury finishes, photos from a previous listing show.

Amenities in the landmarked building include a 24-hour doorman, a 24-hour concierge, and a valet and live-in resident manager. There is a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, a children’s playroom, a fitness center with private studios, a Turkish spa room, a wine cellar, bike storage, a courtyard and a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace, according to developer MetroLoft’s website.

These amenities, together with its trendy location, have attracted many notable entertainers, including Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence, as well as Harry Styles, to buy into the 1880s book bindery-converted building.

There are currently seven apartments available in the 45-unit building—four three-bedrooms, two four-bedrooms and one five-bedroom penthouse with an asking price of $55 million, according to Richard Cantor of Cantor-Pecorella, who leads the sales and marketing team. The building opened in 2014.

Mr. Cantor declined to comment on particular sales.
