America’s youngest female billionaire, Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson, whose grandparents founded In-N-Out Burger, has put her Los Angeles-area home on the market for $19.799 million.

Ms. Snyder-Ellingson, 35, bought the four-acre Mediterranean estate in Bradbury, California, through a private trust in 2012, paying $17.4 million, according to property records. While her name is not listed on the trust, the deed for the home shares a mailing address with her "Army of Love" Christian charitable foundation.

The hamburger heiress inherited sole ownership of the popular West Coast chain with more than 325 locations, following the death of her grandmother, Esther, in 2006. Forbes pegs her stake in the business at $1.3 billion.

Her sprawling estate in Bradbury, in Southern California, is a two-story, red-tile-roofed home built in 2010. The home opens into a foyer with a sweeping double staircase to the second floor. The main house spans roughly 18,700 square feet, including a kitchen with two large islands and a living room with a soaring double-height ceiling and glass double doors out to the large backyard.

The property comes with an array of fitness amenities, including side-by-side tennis and basketball courts, an indoor batting cage and a gym and dance studio, according to the listing with Robin Marquez of Coldwell Banker Top Team. Ms. Marquez did not immediately return a request for comment.

The home has 10 bedrooms and 13 full bathrooms, plus a three-bedroom detached guest house. Other amenities include a wine cellar, home theater, game room, spa and garage large enough for an RV, according the listing.

An email sent to Ms. Snyder-Ellingson through her foundation "Army of Love" was not immediately returned.
