Karen Lo, a Hong Kong billionaire heiress to the Vitasoy beverage empire, is flipping her Manhattan pad for a potential $7 million profit.

Ms. Lo, 47, listed her two combined apartments in Chelsea on Thursday for $36.5 million. She bought them off-plan in 2015 and closed the deals for a total of $29.3 million in Oct. 2016, property records show.

Ms. Lo used an offshore company, KYKL Holdings Ltd., to make the purchase. KYKL are the initials of her full name Ki-yan Karen Lo.

She was also listed as the owner of the two 15th-floor apartments in a building permit that was granted to combine them.

Her attorney for these property filings didn’t return a call seeking comment.

Ms. Lo, whose family controls Vitasoy International Holdings Ltd., with an estimated market value of HK$21.7 billion (about US$2.77 billion), has been very active in U.S. luxury real estate. She was reportedly behind the purchase of a $69.9 million home in Malibu, California, last year.

Erin Boisson Aries, who heads Christie’s International Real Estate in New York, is handling the sale of Ms. Lo’s Chelsea property.

Ms. Aries wasn’t immediately available for comment.

Combined, the residence offers over 8,300 square feet of interior living, making it the largest apartment in the Foster + Partners-designed building, according to the listing.

An 82-foot southwest-facing grand room separates the palatial residence into two distinct wings, including seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, powder rooms, laundry rooms, formal dining room, windowed kitchen, as well as a library.

The home has four exposures with views of the Hudson River, High Line Park, as well as the downtown and midtown skylines. High-quality finishes and design details are evident in the oak herringbone wood floors, oak cabinetry, custom millwork and marble countertops throughout.

Three parking spaces in the building’s valet-attended garage also come with this offering.

KYKL Holdings still owns another smaller apartment in the same building.

Building’s amenities include a 34-foot, double-height lobby, full-time doorman and concierge, a fitness center with spa and yoga, children’s playroom and bike storage.

The Real Deal first reported the listing.
