Muggle or mage, Hogwarts is now open to all. For the right price. In news that is sure to send ‘Harry Potter’ fans to their mortgage broker, Mirror Online reports that Royal Connaught Park in Hertfordshire, the location that served as Hogwarts in a number of the ‘Potter’ film series, is heading to market as a luxury apartment development. The dining hall at Royal Connaught Park appeared in the first three magical films, and the property has been seen in a whole host of other filming projects. Formerly The Royal Masonic School for Boys until 1977, the conversion of the esteemed property into luxury accommodation makes the most of the Victorian Gothic buildings. In all, 28 apartments, detached homes and townhouses have been put up for sale with prices starting from £649,000 to £2.8million. Agent Comer Homes says: "No two dwellings at Royal Connaught Park are alike, from one bedroom duplex flats with private roof terraces, to four bedroom luxury apartments; each new home has been individually designed with unstinting attention to craftsmanship."

No word on whether apartments will be assigned by Sorting Hat. [Mirror Online]
