The Hamptons home of late Hollywood talent agent Sandy Gallin has found a buyer after five years, listing records show.

Gallin bought the Further Lane, East Hampton, estate in 2011 for $5.10 million, property records show, and he first listed it—reportedly after a hefty renovation—in 2012 for $24.5 million, according to listing records. After going on and off the market several times, in June the price was lowered to $18.9 million.

The property entered contract at the end of October, listing records show, and closed at the end of November, said a representative for Douglas Elliman, the brokerage that handled the sale. Mansion Global could not confirm the final sales price or the buyer of the property. Listing agent Linda Haugevik declined to comment on the transaction.

The 2.11-acre estate comprises a main house along with four outbuildings, outdoor entertainment areas, stone installations and apple orchards, the listing said. The main house spans 6,500 square feet and has seven bedrooms, a screening room and a gym.

In a previous interview with Mansion Global, Ms. Haugevik said that the house sold "twice last summer but last minute the owner pulled out," and that Gallin wasn’t very motivated to sell at the time. After his death, the estate has become more aggressive with the sale by reducing the price, the previous story said.

Gallin, who spent his career managing celebrities like Dolly Parton, Cher, Whoopi Goldberg and Nicole Kidman, died in April at age 76.

In later life, he turned his hand to real estate, designing, renovating and flipping high-end properties.
