A sprawling equestrian estate in Bridgehampton, New York, combined with an adjacent residential lot for a mansion, is coming onto the market Thursday for $40 million, Mansion Global has learned.

Dubbed Campbell Stables after the owners, Bob and Barbara Campbell, the 17.7-acre farmland on West Pond Drive has five structures centered around a courtyard, including two barns with 27 fully-equipped 14-foot-by-14-foot stalls and two apartments.

It also boasts three outdoor rings, a 15,000-square-foot indoor riding rink, and 14 paddocks, according to listing agents Tal Alexander and Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman.

The adjacent 1.44-acre empty residential lot with building permits in place will allow a buyer to build a new mansion in the Long Island community dotted with luxury homes. Additionally, the offering also includes a 2.6-acre agricultural reserve lot.

Mr. Campbell, chairman and chief executive of footwear company BBC International Inc., didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

He developed the equestrian estate about four years ago to cater to the needs of affluent Hamptonites, according to Tal Alexander.

"No details are overlooked and no expenses are spared in developing the equestrian estate, arguably the best in the east end of Long Island, south of highway," he said.

"It’s the ultimate destination for equestrians and the horse barn is like Four Seasons in the hospitality world," he added.

No doubt, the farm hosted many celebrity-filled events. Australian-born model Elyse Taylor and Seth Campbell, son of the owners, were wed on the premises in 2014,with Heidi Klum and Vito Schnabel among the guests.

Jessica Rae Springsteen, a professional show-jumping champion rider and daughter of Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa, threw a magazine cover-worthy birthday party on the farmland in 2015, which "The Boss" himself attended.
