Guess co-founder Paul Marciano has sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $18.25 million, according to public records.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-style home was originally listed in January for $19.99 million. The deal was finalized off-market last month.

At 9,142 square feet, the house features a double-height entryway behind an ornate door. The living room, which has a fireplace, was designed for entertaining, according to the listing, and several rooms have French doors leading to the grounds and pool, as well as to a bar.
The home features custom woodwork throughout, according to the listing. The formal dining room is just off the entryway, and there’s a large chef’s kitchen with wooden cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, the listing said. There’s also a breakfast nook with French doors.
There’s a study with modern built-in shelving, and, on the lower level, there’s a wine and cigar lounge, as per the listing.
A master suite has custom-made his-and-hers bathrooms and closets, plus a fireplace, according to the listing. There’s also a balcony overlooking the pool. There are three additional suites as well as staff quarters.
Outside, there’s a double-gated motor court, as well as landscaped grounds on almost an acre of land.

Ginger Glass of Coldwell Banker had the listing. She was not immediately available for comment.
The Moroccan-born American fashion designer purchased the abode, built in 1988, for $5.125 million in 1999, according to records. Mr. Marciano, 65, co-founded the fashion line Guess with his brothers in 1981, and stepped down from his role as CEO two years ago. Requests for comment were not immediately returned.
