Yeah, baby, yeah! "Austin Powers" actor Mike Myers certainly hasn’t been impacted by the slowdown in Manhattan’s luxury housing market.

The "Shrek" star has just found a buyer for his four-bedroom condo in Manhattan’s trendy Tribeca neighborhood, for which he was asking $15 million, according to the listing, although the final sale price won’t be released until the transaction is completed.

This is a pretty quick turnaround considering he listed it just under a month ago in a Manhattan market where  many sellers are struggling to offload homes against a backdrop of political and economic uncertainty and an oversupply of shiny new apartments.

There were also a few raised eyebrows when he put it on the market last month, since property records show that the Canadian-born actor only finalized buying it a week before for $14.675 million through Perry Trust, which is reportedly connected to him.

However, a source close to the actor told Mansion Global at the time that the home first went into contract in October 2014, but Mr. Meyers did not close on the property until recently because the building wasn’t yet finished.

In between that time, Mr. Myers, 53,  and his wife had another baby, so the configuration of the apartment was no longer right for their family.

According to the listing, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath pre-war apartment has never been lived in. It comes with a private elevator that opens directly into the apartment and offers views toward the Hudson River.

Other features include white oak flooring throughout, restored original columns and beams, a wet bar, a kitchen with Calacatta marble countertops and a master-suite with an oversized walk-in closet and a second walk-in closet.

The building, 443 Greenwich, is a new condominium conversion with 24-hour doorman and concierge, valet, a private entry porte cochere, a children’s playroom, a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center with locker rooms and Turkish bath.

A spokeswoman for Mr. Myers and a spokeswoman for Compass, the listing agent, did not respond immediately to request for comment.
