The 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom, shingle-style estate is 14,000-square-feet and replete with luxurious amenities. The main residence on the property has covered porches, decks, brick patios, gardens, a heated swimming pool, and a Har-Tru tennis court. On its lower level, the mansion has a gym and a wine cellar, according to the listing with Harald Grant of Sotheby's International Realty.

Mr. Grant did not provide further details on the sale.

Between the two residences are connecting gardens and lawn areas, offering a play set, a garden and fruit trees.
