Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are movin' out. After 12 years, the Hollywood power couple is selling their 6,400-square-foot home in Los Angeles' swanky Pacific Riviera neighborhood. Why? Because they're (reportedly) building a bigger, better, newer L.A. mansion, of course!

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom property is listed for a cool $7.25 million—somewhat sedate by Hollywood standards—and features plenty of laid-back charm thanks to a living room with built-in bookcases, French doors, sunny skylights, an eat-in country-themed kitchen with a farmhouse sink, and a welcoming landscaped backyard.

Still, these are mega-stars we're talking about, so it shouldn't come as a shock that the home also comes equipped with a fitness studio and pilates area, a spa tub, a dry sauna, a swimming pool, and a media room, many of which were add-ons during renovations done in 1999 and 2006.

The 70-year-old actress and 65-year-old actor—who have been together for over 30 years but famously never married—own several other properties, including a vineyard in southern California, a Colorado ranch, and a Manhattan high-rise apartment. They sold their Malibu beach house a few years ago.

The listing agent, Kimberley Pfeiffer of Coldwell Banker, didn’t immediately return a call for comment.
