A company linked to "Star Wars" mastermind George Lucas has bought a Spanish Revival mansion from former presidential candidate Ross Perot for $33.9 million, according to property records.
The 10,000-square-foot mansion in Bel Air, dubbed "Mi Patria," or "my country" in Spanish, sold three weeks ago in an off-market deal between a limited liability company tied to Mr. Perot and a company linked to the famous filmmaker and his company, Skywalker Properties, Ltd, according to a deed accessed through PropertyShark.

Variety was the first to report the off-market deal between the two billionaires.
The corner estate, built in 1929, sits behind a thick of palm trees and colorful landscaping on Copa de Oro and Bellagio roads. There are multiple gated entries into the property, including a main drive to the front of the stucco and tile-roof house. Beyond a pool in the backyard, there’s also a guesthouse and a garage.
The home last sold to Mr. Perot’s company in 2013 for $18 million. The off-market transaction means there’s little public information about changes or upgrades made to the home since then.

It was last marketed in 2013 as a five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home with ample old-world charm, including Moorish tiled fountains, an arch-lined loggia, wood ceiling beams and a sunny central patio. The home also has a screening room, gym and meditation room and a secluded putting green.
Hollywood ownership predates Mr. Lucas, 73, famous for creating the "Star Wars" and "Indiana Jones" franchises. Mr. Perot, 86, bought the home from film producer and music executive Freddy DeMann, property records show.
A spokesperson for Lucas Films did not immediately return a request for comment.
