Lisa Kudrow has sold her scenic ski retreat in Park City, Utah, for $3.6 million, Mansion Global has learned.

The "Friends" star closed on the two-story condo at the Black Diamond Lodge, a development at the base of the Deer Valley Resort, on Friday. The actress decided to unload her slopeside getaway in July, when she put it on the market for $4.1 million, according to listing records.

Property records show Ms. Kudrow bought the four-bedroom unit in 2014 through her private trust for an undisclosed amount.

The 3,759-square-foot home has floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views over the ski resort, according to images of the property with Engel & Völkers, which represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale.

When Ms. Kudrow wasn’t hitting the slopes, she could soak in a hot tub overlooking the resort from a guest room balcony on the first level. An additional balcony off of the master bedroom offers direct views over the Deer Valley summer concerts, according to the listing with advisers Paul Benson and Andrew Storms of Engel & Völkers.

An investor from Minneapolis and his wife are the buyers of Ms. Kudrow's condo, property records show.

A publicist for Ms. Kudrow did not immediately return a request for comment.
