"We enjoy the unobstructed water views from every room," Mr. Nelsonsaid.

Other amenities include a pool and spa, sauna, gym, bar and billiards room. The marina is equipped to dock a yacht up to 160 feet long, according to the listing agents.

They first put the home on the market a year ago for $19.9 million and later knocked the price down several times, according to listing records.
