A collection of derelict garages in London has been transformed into a £150 million (US$198.04 million) row of 10 luxury mansions.

Hamilton Drive, in the affluent northwest London neighborhood of St. John’s Wood, is already 50% sold to the tune of £65 million (US$85.83 million), according to a news release Monday, but now the first two of the remaining five houses are being launched onto the open market through Knight Frank, Aston Chase and Savills.

The two townhouses available in the luxury development—accessed via a gated tree-lined driveway—are priced at £10.75 million (US$14.19 million) and £12.5 million (US$16.49 million). Each five-story house has high ceilings, a helical staircase surmounted by roof skylight, a formal dining room, an open plan kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a 44-feet-long private garden, a drawing room, a private cinema room, a gym and a pilates room.

The entire development is managed by nearby ultra-luxury retailer Harrods, who also provides a concierge service. The Harrods staff can greet guests, make restaurant and theater reservations, provide maid, butler and cleaning services and organize chauffeured limousines and helicopter and private jet charter.
