Former Formula 1 driver Enrique Bernoldi has listed his plush Miami condo for $7.9 million, but he’s taking his Ferrari race car beds with him.

The 38-year-old Brazilian native is selling a 2,508-square-foot, three-bedroom open-plan apartment at the Continuum South Beach where he lives with his family, as first reported by The Real Deal.

He told Mansion Global that he’s planning to move to a bigger apartment nearby but hasn’t started looking yet since he just put his condo on the market Friday.

Since buying the home for $5.55 million in 2014, Mr. Bernoldi has carried out $1 million worth of renovations and features includE an open floor plan, glass walls, marble tiles, huge walk-in closets and a private elevator, according to the listing.

However, he said that his favorite part of the home is a 716-square-foot terrace with views of the ocean, park and Fisher Island.

As well as stunning views, the buyer will also be able to get their hands on most of the furniture, which has been designed to fit with the apartment. They will not, however, get their hands on the two Ferrari race car lookalike beds in his sons’ room.

Mr. Benoldi, who raced for the Arrows Formula One team in 2001 and 2002 and entered IndyCar racing in 2008, said his kids would be annoyed "if I don’t take this with me."

He said he'll also be taking his racing memorabilia and trophies that fill the apartment and that his children insist are theirs now.

"They’re not my trophies anymore," Mr. Benoldi said. "They’re my kids’."

Amenities in the 42-story building include three levels of security, a private lobby, a restaurant, a gym and spa, a tennis court and a beach club.
