A Manhattan penthouse that was once home to fashion icon Bill Blass has just hit the market, with an asking price of $6.75 million.

It was from this unique penthouse that Blass, who once dressed first ladies Jacqueline Kennedy and Nancy Reagan, would host star-studded parties, with guests like Cary Grant and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor hobnobbing on his private 3,000-square-feet terraces, according to the Brown Harris Stevens listing.

The 2,340-square-foot apartment has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom comes with a dressing room/office. It connects to a private 1,000-square-foot terrace with spectacular views of the East River and the QueensboroughBridge. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, a separate multi-jet stall shower and radiant heated floors. The guest bedroom has its own bath, with access to the wrap-around terrace.

The prewar condominium building, located at 444 E. 57th St., has housed many other legends, including screen goddess Marilyn Monroe and her third husband, playwright Arthur Miller; singer Bobby Short and most recently, a Swedish princess.

Monroe and Miller lived in an apartment on 13th floor while he was writing the screenplay for her last film, 1961’s “The Misfits.” And for anyone who wants to  live closer to their old love nest, anther apartment on the same floor just reduced its listing price from $6.295 million to $5.8 million.
