A Park Avenue duplex apparently failed to live up to former Avon CEO Andrea Jung’s expectations.

The business exec, previously voted one of the America’s most powerful women by Forbe, put the condo in one of Carnegie Hill’s classic limestone buildings back on the market only six months after signing the deed, according to property records.

The five-bedroom unit, which spans the full eighth and ninth floors, hit the market again on Monday for $17.995 million.

Ms. Jung bought the two-floor apartment at 1110 Park Avenue in July for $17.616 million under a limited liability company named after the building’s address, property records show. But she never moved in, according to the listing with Stribling & Associates, which says the newly listed unit has never been lived in.

The former beauty company head is now the president and chief executive of Grameen America, a nonprofit microfinance organization that earned its founder, Muhammad Yunus, a Nobel Peace Prize.

Her discarded apartment spans 5,700 square feet, with the first floor opening from a spacious foyer into "loft-like" living and dining rooms, according to the listing. Beside the dining room is a chef’s kitchen with hand-painted cabinetry. The first level also has a bedroom that can work as a study.

In addition, the home has a library, 10-and-a-half-foot ceilings and onyx and marble bathrooms.

The listing boasts 50 feet of Park Avenue frontage, including views of the Chrysler Building.

A lawyer for Ms. Jung did not immediately a return request for comment.
