The former three-bedroom, three-bathroom Los Angeles home of Florence Henderson of "Brady Bunch" fame is now on the market for $2,795,000.

The actress, best known for her role as matron of the Brady household in the 1970s sitcom, died in November at the age of 82. Henderson bought the Marina Del Rey home with her husband, John Kappas, in 2000, property records show. The couple were avid sailors and had been living on a boat in the marina before they purchased the house, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Listing agent Denise Fast sold the couple the home in 2000, according to public records, and is representing the property again.

The 3,237-square-foot home is on gated street across from the Cal Yacht Club and the Ritz Carlton, and is one of only 12 houses on Harbor Crossing Lane. The home features both a garden and a roof deck, which has views of the water across the street, the listing shows.

The main living area features an open-floor plan, with a kitchen and breakfast bar opening up onto the great room. The master suite has a fireplace and the bathroom boasts dual vanities and shower heads, as well as a Jacuzzi tub. There’s a two-car garage, as well as parking for four other cars.

The house also has a library, which was nicknamed the President’s Room because of its photo display of Ms. Henderson with presidents going back to Dwight Eisenhower, according to the L.A. Times.

Henderson's family didn't return calls for comment on the sale, and Ms. Fast was not immediately available.
