Extell Development's new Upper East Side project, 1010 Park Avenue, launched sales on Wednesday. Its first five listings, including the penthouse unit, are asking a combined $138 million.

The most expensive to have been listed—and in the entire 17-story building—is the $50 million penthouse. The four-bedroom duplex spans 6,745 square feet and comes with monthly charges in excess of $30,000, according to the listing. It’s now the second most expensive property available in the entire neighborhood, listing records show.

Next is the larger but less expensive $35 million terrace duplex. The 7,888-square-foot home has six bedrooms, and a sizable 1,613-square-foot private terrace.

Third is Unit 12 asking $20 million and clocking in at 3,881 square feet. Then there’s the $18 million Unit 9, also 3,881 square feet. The least-expensive of the five listings is the 3,882-square-feet Unit 5, asking $15 million.

The smallest apartment the building will offer is 3,881 square feet, and $15 million will be the lowest price point, a source familiar with the building on Park Avenue and 85th Street said.

Information on the apartments is sparse but their interiors come courtesy of London-based interior architect, David Collins Studio. They will all come with access to the building’s amenities, which will include a residents’ lounge with a billiards table, a 50-foot indoor pool, a fitness center and a screening room.

Designed by architect Beyer Blinder Belle, the 11-unit building, scheduled for completion in 2018, is rising next to the Park Avenue Christian Church. So close, in fact, that the new building has taken over the the space that formerly held the church’s annex and will provide functions space for its neighbor, according to reports.
