Finance bigwig Steven Kantor put his triple-size condo at Manhattan’s Trump World Tower on the market Monday for $39 million.

Mr. Kantor, CEO of Colony S2K, a financial services firm, purchased three neighboring units on the same floor of the United Nations Plaza building between 2010 and 2011, property records show. He paid a total of $14.65 million for the trio.

The resulting combined apartment spans 7,500 square feet and has 16 rooms, according to the listing with Liza Nematnejad and Sandy Scheinman of Douglas Elliman.

The six-bedroom home, created by architecture and design firm Mojo Stumer, has 12-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and views of Central Park, the East River, the World Trade Center, the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.

There’s also a den, complete with a bar and a movie screen, a gym, an office, two kitchens, a personal art gallery and a temperature-controlled wine room with Central Park views, the listing said.

Found in its own wing, the master bedroom suite has a windowed shower with city views and a sprawling walk-in closet partitioned into 18 smaller, automated,  floor-to-ceiling closets.

"This is truly a one-of-a-kind apartment," Mr. Scheinman told Mansion Global via email. "It has it all...size, height, views, all the latest technology. No detail was overlooked and no expense was spared."

Monthly common charges for the apartment run to the tune of $8,002.

Mr. Kantor, who could not be reached for comment, was formerly at Cantor Fitzgerald before co-founding CCRE, Cantor Fitzgerald’s commercial real estate lending platform. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald he was at Credit Suisse.
