Actress and producer Eva Longoria has found a buyer for her Los Angeles home, selling the property for $3.164 million.
"It’s a one-of-a kind property," said Christopher Kiros of Coldwell Banker, the listing agent for the Hollywood Hills property. Mr. Kiros noted that the home’s design and multi-level floor plan made the property attractive to the buyer, who could not yet be identified via property records.
Mrs. Longoria, 43, bought the home in 2006 for $3.6 million, property records show.

The "Desperate Housewives" star first listed the property in March for $3.795 million and then slashed the price by $500,000 on June 19—the very same day of the birth of her child, Santiago Enrique Bastón. Listing records show that the sale went through on July 27.
Spanning over 8,600 feet, the hillside home has six bedrooms, each equipped with a fireplace and private bathroom, according to the listing. High ceilings and a spiral staircase provide immense volume to the home, which has a full home theater and bar. An aquarium style pool sits on the lower outdoor patio and is overlooked by a rooftop deck, which gives way to pool, canyon, and city-light views.
Now a new mother, Eva has reorganized her real estate cache over the past two years. Mansion Global previously reported that she sold a pink hacienda in Hollywood Hills for $1.37 million last year. In November, she listed a $14 million property—also in Hollywood Hills—that she bought from Tom Cruise in 2015.
Amid the shedding of various properties, Mrs. Longoria added a Beverly Crest mansion in 2017 for $13.5 million, according to PropertyShark.

Mrs. Longoria began her career in show business starring in the CBS daytime soap opera "The Young and the Restless," where she portrayed Isabella Braña from 2001 to 2003, but she is most famous for her role as Gabrielle Solis on the ABC television series "Desperate Housewives" from 2004 to 2012.
A representative for Mrs. Longoria did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
