They’re not quite at Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi levels of house flipping yet, but it seems Emily Blunt, star of "The Girl on the Train," and John Krasinski, of "The Office" fame, are getting rather good at selling Los Angeles properties.

The couple sold their four-bedroom, four-bathroom Hollywood Hills home for $3.505 million in under two months, according to the Los Angeles Times, getting $100,000 more than their asking price.

The house, perched at the end of a cul-de-sac for maximum privacy (naturally), set the couple back $2.575 million when they bought it in 2014, according to property records.

Back then they were parents to only one child, but now that they’re a family of four, they’ve moved to that bastion of family friendliness: Park Slope, Brooklyn, where they occupy a six-bedroom, $6 million townhouse built in 1899.

And it seems the British-American couple isare making a real commitment to East Coast life, leaving the West Coast behind for good.

Earlier this year, they sold a different Hollywood Hills home to Kendall Jenner for $6.5 million (though that transaction wasn’t as rosy for them since: they originally asked $8 million).

But the couple’s four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath getaway in Ojai has been harder to sell. Now on the market for nearly a year, according to Variety, the price has been slashed by a full million dollars to $3.25 million.

Representatives and agents for Mr. Krasinski and Ms. Blunt did not immediately respond to request for comments.
