The sellers were director-producer Craig Zisk and his wife, Katrina Doring. Mr. Zisk, who directed the hit TV series "Weeds" and the movie "The English Teacher," bought the home in 2000 for $2.51 million, according to property records.
The 31-year-old actress, who also starred in the hit teen movie "High School Musical" and produced the comedy series "Young & Hungry," will presumably move into her new home with husband Christopher French, a musician. The pair married in 2014.
Ms. Tisdale’s new digs have a large veranda spanning the width of the main floor, in addition to a romantic patio with a vine-covered trellis suitable for outdoor dining, according to the listing with Peter Lorimer of PLG Estates. Mr. Lorimer did not immediately return a request for comment.
Property records show the property was originally built as a two-bedroom, three-bathroom house. Subsequent renovations on the home transformed it into a blend of original details and modern updates, according to the listing.
