Country music star Miranda Lambert is selling off the mansion she once shared with her ex-husband and fellow singer, Blake Shelton, in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood, Tennessee.

The home, which has been on the market since late September for $2.59 million, currently has an offer pending, according to Zillow.

The nearly one-acre estate, dubbed Graymont, is part of the gated Governors Club, which includes an Arnold Palmer Signature golf course and other community amenities like pools and tennis courts, according to the community’s website.

The house, at around 11,000 square feet, was built in 2001 and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The tree-lined backyard has a 550-square foot pool and a patio, according to property records.

Inside, there’s a theater room and a wet bar with space for a pool table and a second living room.

Ms. Lambert, 32, is listing the property for just a few thousand more than its appraised market value of $2.58 million, according to Williamson County property data.

She and Mr. Shelton bought the home in July 2013 for $2.26 million, according to property records—a couple of years after the couple got hitched. The couple divorced last year.

The mansion has a two-level columned entryway, with a second-story balcony looking out over the front yard. Listing photos show that classical elements continue into the interior, with more columns, elaborate molding and arched doorways across the first-floor living spaces.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a double-height ceiling that fill the space with natural light.

The listing agent, Marty Warren, said he could not immediately comment on the property. A publicist for Ms. Lambert was not immediately available for comment.
