The construction of a sleek new residential tower is underway in Midtown Manhattan. The building’s name is the same as its address: 200 East 59th Street. Each residence in the 35-story condominium building will include floor-to-ceiling glass walls and white oak plank flooring. A terrace will be located off the main living area. The property is being developed by Macklowe Properties, the developer of 432 Park Avenue and the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue, famous for its glass cube. It has not been announced when sales will launch. The developer has not released other information so far.

CetraRuddy Architecture is designing the condominium. The base of the tower will feature metals in a basket weave pattern.
