Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul has relisted his Bel Air mansion for a reduced price of $10.25 million.
The 12,200-square-foot Mediterranean-style house briefly found a buyer in December, when the its listing status changed to pending. But it looks like the sale fell through around the holidays, as it was relisted right before the new year.

The 31-year-old basketball star trimmed the price by another $250,000 on Thursday, according to the listing, marking an 11% price cut from when the property first hit the market in July for $11.495 million.
Mr. Paul bought the home in 2012 for $8.495 million, according to property records.
The impressive home in the guard-gated enclave of Los Angeles called Bel Air Crest has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, with a laundry list of amenities. For example, Mr. Paul’s secluded master suite has a private sitting room with its own kitchenette—making breakfast in bed a convenience. The bedroom also has a fireplace, private balcony, two separate spa baths and his and her walk-in closets.
Quirkier features include a fireplace directly next to the "his" bathtub and mirrors on the ceiling of the master bedroom.
Elsewhere in the house is a 12-seat home theater, a billiards room, a library, a gym with a sauna and a basement wine cellar with room for 500 bottles, according to the listing with Ikem Tan of Million Dollar Living. Mr. Tan did not immediately return a request for comment.

Photos show Mr. Paul carved out a man cave for himself, including three side-by-side flat screen TVs, a bar and a barber’s chair.
The property is a little more than half an acre and includes a pool and hot tub, and a covered barbecue and entertainment space, according to the listing.
A representative for Mr. Paul did not immediately return an email requesting comment about the home.
