An oceanfront California estate—complete with its own bowling alley—in the affluent seaside community of La Jolla is on the market for a pinch over $21 million.

Set high on bluffs overlooking La Jolla Bay, the property comprises a 7,630-square-foot main house and a 3,515-square-foot two-bedroom guest house, according to the listing with Coldwell Banker’s Shannon Hagan. It hit the market at the end of March.

The home belongs to movie theatre tycoon and racehorse trainer George Krikorian, records with PropertyShark show. Mr. Krikorian purchased the half-acre parcel and the former home that was located there in 1998 for $2.59 million, according to records.

The new estate was built in 2010 and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and three powder rooms. Plus it has a game room, a gym, a home theater, pool, a family room, an office and parking for eight cars, according to the listing. Ms. Hagan did not immediately respond to request for comment.

The home’s sea views come courtesy of its 65 feet of ocean frontage.
