Is Brooklyn’s Park Slope no longer "dorky" and "hokey" enough for actress and former model Chloë Sevigny?

The 42-year-old fashion icon's Brooklyn apartment in the sought-after 9 Prospect Park West co-op building, asking $2.75 million, has gone into contract just six weeks after it was listed for sale,  according to her brokerage Corcoran.

New York City property records showed that Ms. Sevigny, who recently starred in Netflix drama "Bloodline," paid $2.053 million for it in 2013 after she offloaded her East Village garden pad of 10 years for $1.76 million.

She told the Daily Beast at the time that she left the once gritty East Village as it had become "like a frat house everywhere" and moved to Park Slope as she didn’t want to live in "hip" Brooklyn and instead moved "to the dorkiest, hokiest neighborhood."

Her four-bedroom, three-bathroom pre-war apartment in the "white glove" co-op building features beamed ceilings, its own private landing and a foyer with a stylish black-and-white tiled floor, according to the property listing. The pad also has a large living room overlooking Prospect Park with a decorative fireplace and and adjoining dining room.

Two of the bedrooms are also park-facing and come with a large amount of closet space. You wouldn’t expect anything less from a famous fashionista, after all.
