Alongside other amenities, a new townhouse in West Chelsea, being sold through Compass for $36.8 million, comes with a rare fast-paced perk: A Bentley.

Purchase of the 11,000 five-bedroom, 12-bathroom home at on West 17th Street. includes a 2016 white Mulsanne, a high-end Bentley valued at $368,000, according to Alyssa Soto Brody, the broker for the property.

"The house has this beautiful glass garage, so your car is a piece of the house essentially," Ms. Brody said. "It just felt right to have a beautiful statement piece to complete the whole package."

This perk extends to the lucky broker who represents the winning buyer, too. In fact, the owner is offering a Bentley at closing to the broker whose client signs a contract on the home by March 31. No word on the model, but Ms. Brody says it will probably not be as high end as the buyer’s car. (Still, Bentleys begin in the ballpark of $200,000.)

Wonder Works construction has done a full renovation on the property for the developer, who bought it in 2014 under an LLC according to city property records, adding custom Italian design touches including a DaVinci gas fireplace in the 26-by-23-foot living room, and Swarovski crystals on drawer handles in the double-height, mirror-image kitchen, which has two ovens, two islands, and two freezers. The design utilizes elements such as vegan leather panels and marble mosaic on the floor. Leather even lines the drawers inside the master bedroom closet, according to Ms. Brody and the listing.

The designers are Andres Escobar, who is responsible for many high-end projects in Manhattan and Alena DePloti.

"The developers really went above and beyond with custom Italian finishes of the highest quality," Ms. Brody said.

The house was gutted entirely down to the studs and they added another floor to the home.. "It is pretty much brand new house," Ms. Brody said.

The renovation has created a home "with a lot of light and air," Ms. Brody said. The back of the home is almost all glass, and there are no dividing walls between the back room, so the owner can enjoy the entire 25-foot-wide space.

Another rather unique architectural feature inside the townhouse is a glass elevator surrounded by a floating staircase, which saves square footage, according to  Ms. Brody.

Buyers of this townhouse would not have to forgo the amenities that one usually finds in a condo, either, she said. The home has a pool , fitness center and steam and sauna cabinet in the basement. There is a soundproof home cellar with stadium seating, and a 400-bottle capacity wine cellar.

Outside, a small garden, two terraces and a roof deck comprise 2,000 square feet of outdoor space. And of course, there’s the garage, perfect for storing a brand-new Bentley.
