A Manhattan townhouse that’s been the long-time home to Jon Moynihan, a venture capitalist and pro-Brexit leader, has come onto the market for $9.9 million.
Mr. Moynihan, 69, co-principal of Ipex Capital, a London-based venture capital firm, and one of the orchestrators of Vote Leave’s campaign for the U.K. to exit the European Union, bought the property for $475,000 in 1985 with his wife, Patricia, a hat designer, according to public records.
Mr. Moynihan wasn’t immediately available forcomment on the listing.

The townhouse on West 22nd Street in Chelsea, built in 1856, offers 4,150 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom, according to the listing with Dexter Guerrieri, president of Vandenberg The Townhouse Experts, which was posted Thursday.
"The historic townhouse now has a contemporary, loft-like flow," Mr. Guerrieri said. He cited the parlor floor as an example, which features an open layout with soaring ceilings, maple wood floors, as well as a staircase with original banister and newel post. Towards the rear is a sleek kitchen with one of the nine original fireplaces maintained in the house. Two French doors open to a bluestone terrace, with steps to the lower-level garden, ideal for entertaining guests.
Although natural light is abundant throughout the house, the oxidized metal lighting fixtures by late interior designer Jerry Van Deelen is a highlighting feature.
"They offer a unique continuity of style throughout and create an art gallery feel," Mr. Guerrieri said.
Living spaces are spread out from the third to fifth floors. The master suite occupying the third floor, has large windows that open up to Juliet balconies and a park view.
But the biggest selling point of the townhouse is its location, Mr. Guerrieri said. It’s located on one of the best blocks in Chelsea and steps away from the Highline Park and Clement Clarke Moore Park.
