The first residences in a new boutique condominium in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood hit the market today. Situated on the corner of Wooster and Broome Streets, the not-yet-built property, 52 Wooster, is designed by architect Arpad Baksa. The loft-like three-and four-bedroom apartments will range in size from 2,044 to 4,263 square feet. A four-bedroom duplex penthouse will feature two terraces and a private roof deck. The interiors will have eucalyptus-and-glass cabinetry, as well as marble countertops and backsplashes in the kitchen. The master bathrooms will have marble slab walls and floors. Prices for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom units will start at about $5.2 million. Pricing for the four-bedroom units and the penthouse has not yet been released. Completion is expected in the summer of 2016.
