Location: Midtown Manhattan

Price: $28.5 million

This two-story penthouse on Manhattan’s 57th Street—now known as Billionaire’s Row—is one of just two apartments in the 90-story One57 tower with outdoor space.

Dubbed the Spring Garden residence by the developer, the spacious five-bedroom spans the 41st and 42nd floors. The Winter Garden residence on the 75th and 76th floors,  which also has outdoor space facing onto Central Park, was bought by hedge funder Bill Ackman for $91.5 million.

In addition to being one of just two units with outdoor space, this is also one of the last sponsor units, meaning it is being offered for sale for the first time by the developer, Extell Development Co. The building was completed in 2014.

"The biggest thing about the apartment is the solarium and the outdoor space," said listing agent Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers, who stars on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing New York."

"You have nearly 700 square feet of glass-enclosed outdoor space, and with a balcony off of that space," he said. "That’s very rare in New York."

The solarium faces east and gets the morning light, Mr. Serhant said. "It fits in so well with the rest of the apartment—it’s right off the living room, which is 43-feet long."

The apartment was first listed in late March.

"When you’re a trophy buyer looking for a trophy listing, there’s no other apartment like this, with these views and the outdoor space on the park," Mr. Serhant said.

"You have north, east and south views from this apartment," he said. "You’re looking into Central Park and down Billionaire’s Row. You see downtown to the south, the Chrysler Building is there and you can see the bridges."

The luxuriously furnished apartment is fully turnkey, with interior designs by Katherine Newman.
