This Beverly Hills home may look like a cookie cut, Classical-style mansion from the outside—but wait until you see what’s behind those Palladian windows.

The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom house on Hazen Drive hit the market last week for $17.8 million. It’s owned by an heir to the biggest fortune in the state of Montana, according to public property records. The owner is one of the sons of Dennis Washington, who owns a construction and mining empire and is worth an estimated $6.2 billion—nearly double President Donald Trump—according to Forbes’ latest figures.

And this billionaire has some seriously bold style.

The owners took a nondescript dining room and put up shimmery silver curtains and matching wallpaper contrasted by teal-and-gold dining chairs; painted a wood-paneled office purple; and hung a wall-sized, neon rendition of the Sandro Botticelli’s "Birth of Venus," photos of the property show.

The most intriguing piece of decor is an authentic, million-dollar Tyrannosaurus skull in the basement. Bad news: The dinosaur bones are not for sale, according to listing agents from Hilton & Hyland.

The home also has some standard mansion amenities like a wine cellar, guest suites, bar, gym and basement used as a game and media room, according to the listing.

The owners bought the home from "Star Trek" actor Jonathan Frakes and his wife, actress Genie Francis, for just under $12 million in 2015, and immediately set to work updating the home. Ironically, it was the Montana man, rather than Mr. Frakes, who took the design to "The Next Generation."

They upgraded the brick exterior by painting it bright white and renovated the backyard, including installing a swimmer’s pool.
