Nicolas Bijan, 26, the scion of the House of Bijan in Los Angeles, has sold his two-bedroom cottage on the border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood for $3 million.
The house, which closed on Feb. 26, was on the market for less than four weeks. The final offer came in $50,000 above the initial asking price of $2.95 million.
According to Drew Mandile of Sotheby’s, who handled the listing along with Brooke Knapp and Dean Mandile, interest in the Cory Avenue home was very high and resulted in a bidding war. The winner offered to pay the $3 million offer in all cash.

Mr. Mandile did not identify the buyer, but said the individual is a Los Angeles local.
The Spanish-style home has a significant Hollywood pedigree. Mr. Bijan purchased the house in 2015 for $1.9 million from "Million Dollar Listings Los Angeles" agent Josh Flagg.
David Katzenberg, son of DreamWorks Animation co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg, owned the house from 2006 to 2013, according to property records.
Mr. Bijan is the son and successor of the late fashion designer Bijan Pakzad, whose Rodeo Drive boutique, founded in 1976, became one of the most exclusive menswear retailers in the world.

Mr. Bijan remodeled the house with his girlfriend, Roxy Sowlaty, a decorator and alumna of E!’s reality TV show "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills." They added a steam room, redid the red-tile roof and updated the bathrooms in the nearly 1,700-square-foot home.
Ms. Sowlaty made some additional changes to the home while Mr. Bijan was traveling in Asia, including turning the garage into a gym and building an open-air cabana.
The house, which dates to the 1920s, has three full bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a gated security system, according to the listing.
The 5,700-square-foot property features a landscaped courtyard and a pergola-covered patio with a fire pit and in-ground hot tub.
The remodeled kitchen features top-end appliances, such as a La Cornue range and a Viking fridge.
Mr. Bijan did not immediately return request for comment.
