The California home of Barbara Sinatra has found a buyer just five months after her death.
The three-bedroom house in Rancho Mirage, a golf town and popular escape for past presidents and celebrities, went into contract on Friday, according to property records. While the final sale price won’t be available until closing, the home was last listed for $1.05 million.

Sinatra, who was married to singing legend Frank Sinatra from 1976 until his death in 1999, bought the home in 2000 for $1.25 million, according to property records. Known for hits like "My Way" and "New York, New York," Frank Sinatra married Barbara, his fourth wife, at the famous Sunnylands estate in Rancho Mirage, and the couple settled in the area.
The home is in the exclusive Jack Nicklaus-design gated golf community of Morningside Country Club. The home, built in 1985, spans 3,414 square feet, with vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a wet bar.
A garden atrium was converted into a sitting room in the guest bedroom and there are two walk-in closets in the master bedroom, according to the listing with agent Nelda Linsk of HK Lane Real Estate, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate.
Ms. Linsk did not immediately return request for comment.
The backyard has a pool and spa that overlook the golf course lake and the dramatic Mount San Jacinto beyond.

The home first hit the market in October for $1.25 million.
"Lady Blue Eyes," as she was known, died at the home in July at the age of 90.
