Balthazar Getty has just relisted his Los Angeles mansion for just shy of $10 million.

The 42-year-old "Brothers & Sisters" actor and oil heir and his wife, fashion designer Rosetta Getty, are selling their six-bedroom, 6,000-square-foot mansion on Solar Drive, which they’ve owned since 2003, listing and property records show.

It first hit the market in 2015 for $10.5 million and was reduced to $10.25 million later that year. The following year it was offered for rent for $35,000 a month and has just reappeared for sale with a $9.85 million price tag last Friday.

According to the listing, which was first spotted by The Real Deal, it is a modern compound set on a rare flat ridge top overlooking the entire L.A. basin from east of downtown to the ocean.

Features include large open spaces flooded with natural light, high ceilings throughout, a formal living room with floor-to-ceiling bookcases, as well as a gourmet kitchen and family room that opens out to the pool and outdoor kitchen, according to the listing.

Elsewhere, there is a media room, a master suite with a sitting room and double closets, five additional en-suite bedrooms that all open to wraparound terraces and a separate guest house.
