"For example, French-polished oak doors frame the entrance of the master suite, which comprises an Italian marble bathroom and three balconies. Every door handle was hand-blown locally in Surrey to include silver," he said. "The chandeliers were hand made in Portugal, while the joinery in the stunning bespoke kitchen was created by an English artisan, taking over 2,000 hours to complete."

According to Mr. Osborn, a wellness complex on the ground floor has a large heated swimming pool (inspired by the design of the Bulgari Hotel) along with a steam room, sauna, gym and sunken limestone terrace that opens out from the pool area into the rear gardens. This level also features an 18-seat home cinema with cutting-edge digital screen technology and surround sound as well as a temperature and humidity-controlled wine cellar, a gaming room and a bar.

Neighborhood Notes
The sporting set will appreciate that the Wentworth Estate is also home to the Wentworth Club and golf courses.
In addition, Mr. Osborn notes that the area is in the heart of equestrian excellence in the U.K., as some of the country’s finest racecourses, including Ascot, Windsor, Epsom and Sandown, are nearby. The property is only 45 minutes away from central London and it’s a 25-minute drive to Heathrow or a 15-minute drive to the Fairoaks private airfield.
