The home has a library, wood-burning fireplace in the grand living room/dining room and 12.5-foot ceilings.
The eat-in kitchen floors and counters are covered in marble, the posh material du jour, as are the bathrooms—where you can soak in the tub and take in the breathtaking views.
A lawyer for the buyer declined to comment.
