This 4,068-square-foot beachfront apartment is in a new 10-unit luxury building perched on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the gated coastal community of Arsuf.
"It’s very rare in Israel to see an apartment of this size, facing the ocean and all on one floor," said listing agent Noam Dzialdow. "It has a very wide facade to the sea."
"You go in and feel very high above the sea," he said. "It is like a combination of a villa and an apartment building," with the privacy of a villa.
The building, which is known as The Arsuf Residences, was designed by the Israeli-Franco firm of Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture.

The Arsuf Residences'interiors are a collaborative effort between Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture and external designers and architects who completed the interior aspects within each unit.
"Each apartment has a completely different size and layout," Mr. Dzialdow said.
The building "has the right angles into the wind," he said. "It brings in ocean breezes even on the hottest days."
This apartment, which was designed by Danny Rozen, is fully turnkey, with furnishings included.
The large living room has a generous entertainment area with built-in handcrafted wall cabinets, a high-end concealed audio sound system and a roll-down giant multimedia screen with a ceiling-retractable digital projector. An adjoining full-width terrace offers ocean views.
The kitchen is by Schiffini of Italy, with lots of storage cabinets, a generous island and two stainless steel sinks. Appliances include two Sub-Zero fully integrated refrigerators and full-size freezer, two Bosch dishwashers, a Miele oven and microwave and a 36-bottle wine chiller.

The master bedroom suite has built-in wall-to-wall wardrobes with a recessed leather-faced entertainment niche. The en-suite bathroom features a free-standing double bathtub, a double-sink vanity unit, twin his-and-hers showers with steam room capability, with ocean views through fully glazed sliding doors that lead to a terrace and Jacuzzi.
Climate and temperature control throughout the apartment is achieved by a radiant heat underfloor system integrated with a Mitsubishi air conditioning system, and electric sunshades and shutters, all controlled and coordinated by a Crestron home-automation system. For chilly nights, there is a modern gas fireplace in the living room.
The apartment also has double-glazed sliding windows, recessed LED ceiling lights and low-level nighttime automatic spot lamps.

"There are now 40 to 50 families in the neighborhood," Mr. Dzialdow said, referring to the gated coastal community ofArsuf, which is about a 15-minute drive north of Tel Aviv. Arsuf is within a 10-minute drive of the prestigiousHerzliya Pituach and its Marina and Yacht Club. It is 10 minutes south of Netanya and 10 minutes west of Ra’anana.
