Academy Award-nominated actress Amy Irving, famed for her roles in "Yentl" and "Crossing Delancey," sold her Manhattan apartment last week for $7.537 million, city records show.

The 10-room, pre-war co-op on Central Park West has six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, four exposures, original molding, decorative fireplaces, and "plenty of space for a grand piano," according to the listing with Raphael De Niro and Danielle Sevier of Douglas Elliman, who did not respondto requests for comment prior to publication.

It also has partial views of Central Park, a wood-paneled dining room, beamed ceilings, custom woodwork, and herringbone and parquet hardwood floors.

Ms. Irving, 64, bought the apartment in 2005 for $6.9 million, city records show. She first listed it in 2015, for an optimistic $11.5 million and the unit had been on and off the market with different brokers and prices ever since. It was last asking $7.995 million, according to the listing on StreetEasy.

The apartment is one of 38 at the Central Park West building built in 1905. The full-service building has a full-time doorman, an elevator operator and private storage.

Ms. Irving, who married documentary filmmaker Kenneth Bowser Jr. in 2007, likely won’t be moving far. In 2015, she bought a three-bedroom co-op on the same coveted parkside street—just two blocks away—for $8.995 million, city records show.

Ms. Irving, who could not be reached for comment, was once married to director Steven Spielberg. They divorced in 1989 after nearly four years of marriage.
