Adam Levine has found a taker for the second of two Los Angeles mansions he put on the market last November.
The status of the 7,100-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills that Mr. Levine listed for $15.9 million was changed to "sale pending," meaning he has accepted an offer. The amount and terms have yet to be disclosed.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, the listing agent for the property, declined to comment on the sale.

Mr. Levine,38, frontman for Maroon 5 and coach on NBC’s "The Voice,"and his wife, 28-year-old Namibian model Behati Prinsloo who just gave birth to their second baby, sold their home in Holmby Hills last month for $18 million, Mansion Global previously reported.
Mr. Levinebought the modern Beverly Hills residence in 2012 under a private trust for $4.83 million, property records show.
Sitting on a flat, gated 3.6-acre lot, the mansion has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a living room, media room, library, gym with spa and a speak-easy card room, described the listing by Mr. Rappaport.
The completely rebuilt residence features walls of glass overlooking Benedict Canyon. Additionally, the property has a two-story, car collector’s garage with an elevator, a swimming pool, a tennis court and manicured landscaping.
The home first came onto the market in September 2016 for $17.5 million. It was withdrawn from the market last March and was relisted with the $15.9-million price tag last November, listing records show.
A rep for Mr. Levine didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
