This two-story 5,154-square-foot penthouse will sit atop when the new 46-story 100 Las Olas tower finishes up construction at the end of next year.
Penthouse 4603 will span the 45th and 46th floors of the new building.
"We only have one crown jewel for the tower—this is it," said Peggy Fucci, CEO and president of OneWorld Properties, sales agency for 100 Las Olas. "It’s the only one of its kind in size, the only one with 20-foot ceilings."
"A product like this in Miami would be at least 40% more expensive," she added.
Once complete, 100 Las Olas will have 113 condos, 238 rooms in a Hyatt Centric hotel, and 8,500 square feet of restaurants and retail on the ground floor.

The building broke ground in March 2017 and construction is moving ahead quickly, Ms. Fucci said. "We’re up to the 22nd floor already; we’re way ahead of schedule."
"We expect to be ready for delivery by the end of 2019," Ms. Fucci said. "We will start closings by the beginning of 2020."
The building is more than 30% sold, she added.
The penthouse will feature three private terraces, a 20-foot expanse of glass traversing the great room on level 45 and a European-inspired gourmet kitchen.
Premium upgrades for the penthouse include under-counter wine storage, two wet bars, oversized porcelain flooring, and two laundry rooms, one on each level and each with a full-size washer and dryer.
"The windows are all floor to ceiling," Ms. Fucci said. "There is a totally open feel to the space."

The spacious master suite on the lower level features two walk-in closets and a spa-like bath with a dual walk-in shower complete with rain shower heads.
On the upper level, the loft-style den will have glass walls, with flexibility to use as a home office, game room or gathering space. Three private guest bedrooms with en-suite baths accommodate family and friends.
As far as views, "you will be able to see up the New River and see the entire city," Ms. Fucci said. "You’re not really seeing water per se, but we’re not selling it for that. We’re selling it for lifestyle."
"We’re right in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale," she said. "You can walk to the theater, walk to all of the great restaurants."
