A triplex apartment atop the future downtown Miami skyline has just come on the market, listed for $15.5 million.
The ultra-modern three-level apartment, which is known as Upper Triplex Penthouse or Unit No. UPH-01, will be on floors 62-64 of the 64-story Brickell Flatiron building, rising at 1001 South Miami Avenue in the heart of downtown.
"This is the crown jewel of the building," said Vanessa Grout, president of CMC Real Estate. The building is being developed by Ugo Colombo and his CMC Group. "This is the best apartment," she said.
The triplex will have panoramic views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.

"You will be able to see absolutely everything in Miami, with true 360-degree views. You’ll have water views to the east as well as the south," Ms. Grout said.
Sales of the Penthouse Collection Series, which occupies floors 50 through 64 of the tower, were launched on July 11. More than 60% of the development’s 549 condominium units have been sold and are under contract, Ms. Grout said, with a total sales volume in excess of $300 million.
With its position at the epicenter of the Brickell Financial District, the 738-foot-tall building will become one of the tallest residential towers in the U.S. upon its completion in two years.
"We’re on floor 10 now, with a completed building in the summer of 2019," Ms. Grout said. "We’re actually ahead of schedule."
The condominium has 11-foot clear ceilings and a private rooftop terrace with its own pool, summer kitchen and changing rooms. Private elevator vestibules provide access to all three levels.
The kitchen has Snaidero motorized cabinetry with customizable cabinet colors, a Miele under-counter wine cooler and integrated appliances. Bosch laundry room appliances incorporate anti-vibration and noise-suppression technology.

All of the finishes in the triplex will be Italian, Ms. Grout said, with all marble finishes and custom Italian cabinets in the bathrooms.
"We will work with the future owner to customize his space," she said. "A lot of customization will happen with this unit. We also have a lot of upgrade options."

The 6,487-square-foot apartment has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bath. There is also a den, office, family room and 2,499 square feet of exterior terraces and rooftop.
Design Pedigree
Miami architect Luis Revuelta designed the one-of-a-kind architectural environment that combines the tower’s distinct flatiron shape with flowing, curvilinear forms. On the inside, Italian design architect Massimo Iosa Ghini uses inspiration from Brickell Flatiron’s curved façade to outline the building’s sleek amenity spaces.

Atop the penthouse floors, rooftop amenities include a Sky Spa, Sky Pool and Sky Gym with 360-degree panoramic views of the bay and downtown Miami.
