The Stats
The 7,050-square-foot home sits on just over one-and-a-half acres of land. The home was "originally built in 1999, but was renovated extensively and expanded in 2012," Mr. Naud said. "A new 2,000-square-foot wing was seamlessly integrated into the existing architecture and features the elaborate master quarters. "The lower level provides interior access to several outdoor entertainment areas, including a pool area with waterfall and two Jacuzzis. You’ll also find a cabana bath, a dumbwaiter, and a large mud room, with heated floors," Mr. Naud added.

"Located above the famous Le Géant golf course, it is within easy walking distance of the pedestrian resort village and ski trails. The neighborhood is also serviced by a free shuttle service."
