From killer views of New York City to in-residence dining, there are a lot of perks to living at the just-completed Penthouse 82 in the Robert A.M. Stern-designed 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences in New York.
On the 82nd floor, the building’s top floor, the recently completed penthouse in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan has four terraces, and expansive views of the city from every direction. The three bedroom and four-and-a-half bathroom apartment is on the market for $30 million.

"If you’re looking to check things off a bucket list, this has it all," Senior Sales Director Loretta Shanahan-Bradbury said during an exclusive first look at the penthouse on Monday. "It’s got amazing views, it’s full service with great amenities and the location is one of the best in the city."
The penthouse, also designed by Mr. Stern, sits atop a 37-floor Four Seasons hotel and 42-floors of private residences. The building, located at Park Place and Church Street, offers 157 residencies, starting on the 40th floor, with one-bedrooms starting at $3.6 million. Eighty percent of the units are sold, according to Ms. Shanahan-Bradbury. The penthouse has just been completed.
The view from the top
The view is certainly the first thing one notices when entering this penthouse apartment, one of 11 penthouses, from its private landing. The oversized windows of the main living room look out on the Manhattan skyline to the north. On a clear day, one can see both George Washington Bridge to the north, plus both the Hudson and East rivers.
The apartment wraps around the building, in fact, so the city can be seen from every direction. From the back of the apartment, there’s a clear view of One World Trade Center, the Oculus and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, plus New York Harbor and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.

"It has a really nice flow," Ms. Shanahan-Bradbury said. "You get the entertainment of the city facing north and the peacefulness of the water facing south."
High ceilings and white oak flooring are featured throughout the penthouse, which boasts 4,538 square feet of indoor living space and four large terraces.
The kitchen has Gaggenau appliances, including a double oven, warming drawer and convection oven/microwave. An additional prep kitchen has a second dishwasher and wine cooler, and there’s plenty of room for a breakfast nook, Ms. Shanahan-Bradbury pointed out.

The master suite has dual bathrooms and a walk-in closet, with a laundry alcove just behind it. It has access to a private terrace, as well as another shared outdoor space. Two additional bedrooms also have their own bathrooms.
Mr. Stern, who is known for his "new classical" style of architecture and was the architect behind the 15 Central Park West condo building, designed the vanities throughout the apartment, Ms. Shanahan-Bradbury said. The powder room boast wooden onyx, as well as high baseboards to accentuate the natural striations of the material.
A library with a wet bar and a limestone fireplace is at one corner of the penthouse, and the hallway that extends the length of the apartment is lined with closets.
Full-service building
Being an owner at the Four Seasons Residences has its perks, too. That includes in-residence dining, pantry restocking, concierge service and more. There’s a dedicated staff for just the residences and, "they are all about trying to be one step ahead of your needs," said Ms. Shanahan-Bradbury.
On the 38th floor, there’s a gym and yoga room, as well as a screening room and children’s playroom designed by Roto Studios. There’s also a private dining room for larger meals, a lounge and two large loggia’s for outdoor entertaining.

Wolfgang Puck's CUT, his first and only New York restaurant, is on the first floor. Residents have access to the spa attached to the Four Seasons Hotel, which opened in the fall of 2016. The spa has seven treatment rooms, plus a separate locker area and a steam room for residents.
Developer Larry Silverstein of Silverstein Properties, is a "big swimmer," Ms. Shanahan-Bradbury said, and insisted on a full-size pool. It’s also on the third floor, and boasts underwater speakers. A fan of the property, Mr. Silverstein bought a penthouse on the 80th floor of the building in late 2016, Mansion Global reported at the time.
